摘    要:L-肉碱具有许多重要的生理功能,被广泛应用于医药、食品及饲料添加剂中.综述以各种不同的物质为底料,通过各种微生物及其产生的酶的催化,在不同的工艺条件下合成L-肉碱的方法,同时也讨论了各种微生物及酶合成法的优缺点.

Abstract:L-carnitine has a wide range of applications in pharmaceutics,food products and feed additives due to its many important physiological functions.Thus,there are increasing reports on the synthesis of L-carnitine.This review discusses the production from different starting materials,catalyzed by different microorganisms and enzymes,under different productions.It also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various microbially and enzymatically synthetic methods.
