| Abstract: | To ensure the college fi nancial assistance,colleges and universities should strengthen the educating function of fi nancial assistance in further implement of fi nancial assistance.It is necessary to strengthen the work of ideological and political education and gratitude education,to exert the fi nancial policies’ function of stimulus and guidance,and to cultivate students’ consciousness of self-reliance,hard work and the public. |
