| 摘 要： | 以一个两阶段供应链为例，引入数学模型并分析了供应链产能不足下的供应商主动协调问题。通过分析发现，供应商可采用外部采购或生产过程外包的策略以克服自身生产能力不足。并且在供应链协调的背景下，一定的外部采购价格与数量的范围内，供应商生产过程的外包可能成为提升供应商、制造商与供应链系统三方绩效的有效途径。相应的应用实例也被应用以说明解决该问题的模型与求解步骤。

| Abstract: | A mathematical model was introduced to analyze the problem of active coordination of a supplier which faces the problem of insufficient production capacity but has the option of outsourcing. The supply chain consists of a supplier and a manufacturer. And the analyzing shows the option of outsourcing could be an effective method of overcoming current handicap for the supplier. Under the situation of supply chain coordination, within certain range of outsourcing price and quantity, supplier＇ s production process could be an effective approach to enhance the performance of supplier, manufacturer and the system of supply chain. A relative application example is carried out to illustrate the efficacy and solving process of the model. |
