| 摘 要： | 在西部欠发达地区,高职院校学生就业面临诸多困难。调查以西部地区10所高职院校的819名学生作为研究对象,以自编问卷的形式对其就业心态和就业观念进行了调查分析,提出了加强高职学生就业心理辅导的建议。

| Abstract: | Vocational Colleges in West of China are facing many difficulties. The study takes 819 students in 10 vo- cational colleges in western China as the research objects and carries on the investigation and analysis on their em- ployment idea and employment mentality, as well as putting forward advice to strengthen the vocational students＂ employment psychological guidance. |
