| 摘 要： | 妾是古代一夫一妻多妾婚姻制度的产物,妾制到清代发展到顶峰.妾与家长的合与分与其说是结婚和离婚,不如说是契约的订立与解除.妾地位低贱并且人格不能自主,承担繁苛的民事义务却享受极为有限的权利.

| Abstract: | Concubines resulted from the marriage system of monogamy with several concubines,and the system of concubines developed to the top in the Qing Dynasty.The combination or the separation of the concubines and the family leader was not so much marriage or divorce as setting or canceling a contract.Concubines' status was inferior,and they were not free to follow their own inclination.They bore heavy and harsh civil obligations,but they could only enjoy extremely limited civil rights. |
