应用Monark测试系统对优秀女子散打运动员无氧功率的测试研究

摘    要:通过对我国32名优秀女子散打运动员30sWingate无氧功率中各指标PP、AP、MP、FI、30s各时间段输出功率值的测试分析,结果表明,运动员水平越高,ATP—CP系统供能能力越强;在评价时以30sWingate功率自行车的PP和AP的相对值评价更为客观.

Abstract:Taking the 32 elite women Sanda athletes as research subiect, analyze the data based on their PP AP MP FI in 30 s Wingate anaerobic, the output power in each period in 30 s,and the BLA in 30 sWingate, The result show that the better of athlete's performance, the higher of ATP--CP supply capacity; the relative value of bicycle's PP and AP in 30 sWingatev is more objective.
