| 摘 要： | 目前世界范围内,制度改革已经成为大学改革的主旋律.与过去单一因素主导的大学制度改革模式相比,今天的大学制度改革更多的由多种因素综合决定.除此之外,大学制度改革模式还呈现出了从单一化到多样化,从依附到自主,从消极到积极的发展趋势.
