| 摘 要： | 信息是决策的基础，决策主体之信息注意力运用不当，会导致决策失败。信息注意力运用失误表现在注意点选择失误、注意力分散失误和注意力匮乏失误；提高信息注意技能的方法有全面搜集各种类型的信息、努力提高信息质量、持续积累信息、及时反馈信息等。

| Abstract: | Information is the basis of decision, the lapsus of decision-maker on using information-attention will lead to the failure of decision. The lapsus can be described in three facts: selecting wrong attention points, attention confusing and the lack of attention. The methods to improve the skill of information-attention are collecting all kinds of information, managing to enhance the quality of information, continuing to accumulate information, having the feedback in time. |
