| 摘 要： | 发展哲学是在时代要求推动下的一种追求，是对发展问题的观照和对发展实践的理性反思的必然产物。在当今发展问题上升为全人类面临的最重要而紧迫的世纪性课题的时候，发展哲学也应随之上升为马克思主义哲学的时代主题。因此，站在世纪之交的舞台上，回顾历史、清晰界定、研究问题、展望前景，对于建设马克思主义发展哲学，建设有中国特色的社会主义顺利，完成现代化的转型，具有重要的意义。
