| 摘 要： | 通过对农村合作经济组织在社会经济发展中作用的分析，指出当前继续大力推进新型农村合作经济组织的建设，需要充分发挥农民在农村经济体制创新过程中的主体作用，积极改善政府在农村合作经济组织中的作用，规范新型农村合作经济组织，完善组织内部运行机制，鼓励发展多种形式的农村合作经济组织，加大对农民进行合作制教育和培训，健全农业社会化服务体系，建立全国性合作系统。

| Abstract: | The author analyses the importance of the agricultural cooperative organization to the social economic development, and indicates that the current agricultural cooperative organization development needs the farmer playing the key role in the procession of the new rural economic system, improving the governance of the government in the agricultural cooperative organization, regulating the rule of the organization and mechanism, developing various forms of the agricultural cooperative organization, emphasizing the farmers education and training, and improving the service system nationwide. |
