| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的不断深入，市场经济体制的逐渐建立和完善，由于市场失灵致使收入分配差距过大而引起的城镇弱势群体的问题渐渐浮出水面，引起了专家、学者及社会各界的广泛关注。本文介绍了城镇弱势群体的定义、构成、特征及成因，用经济学的基本方法对城镇弱势群体进行了分析，强调了援助城镇弱势群体的重要性。

| Abstract: | With the deepening constantly of reform and opening-up of our country, the gradual construction and perfecting of the market economic system, the questions of the urban disadvantaged groups that caused the market failure and the enlarging gap in income distribution have been emerged gradually. This problem have caused the extensive concerns of expert, scholar and various circles of society. This text has introduced the definition, composition, characteristic and origin cause of formation of the urban disadvantaged groups, analysis to the urban disadvantaged groups with the economics method, have put emphasis on the importance of helping urban disadvantaged groups. |
