| 摘 要： | 高等工程教育专业认证是当前我国高等教育中工作的重点,综合工程训练中心提供了学生工程实践能力培养环节中重要的实验和实训环境,是实施和保证专业认证所需实践教学的重要支撑条件。文章介绍了南京邮电大学面向专业认证的综合工程训练中心的建设思路和人才培养改革的探索,重点讨论了综合工程训练中心的建设目标与定位、建设与运行机制和内涵建设等。

| Abstract: | The construction of ICT engineering training center in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications （NJUPT） is introduced along with practice teaching issues. Some important strategies and mechanisms for innovative personnel cultivation are proposed including construction purpose and positioning, construction ideas and modes, operation mechanisms and contents buildings, respectively. |
