| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了我国高校人文社会科学知识转化的现状,结合国际研究文献,进一步探讨了人文社会科学知识转化的各种机制。接着本文以知识转化机制之一——大学智库——为例,概括了国内、国际大学智库的基本经验和特征。最后,本文就如何培育我国的优质大学智库,从智库培育基金、政策分析市场、多元经费投入和成果输出、智库评价等角度提出了建议。
