| 摘 要： | 高等教育的大众化问题正日益成为人们关注的焦点。在高等教育大众化趋势下,必须树立新理念:大众化既是数量概念,也是质量概念;大众化既要走内涵式道路,也要走外延式道路;大众化既要考虑效率,也要兼顾公平;大众化既要考虑规模的扩张,更要注重师资队伍的建设和学校管理水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The popularization of higher education is becoming the focal question day by day which people pay attention to.Under the popular trend of higher education,we must establish the new ideas below: The popularization is not only a quantity concept,but also a quality concept;We should adopt not only the method of intension,but also the method of epitaxy in popularization;We should consider efficiency and balance equity at the same time;We should pay attention to the expansion of scale,the construction of teacher group and the improvement of management. |
