| 摘 要： | 案例教学对于行政管理学来说,就是在师生直接参与下共同对其案例进行分析讨论的教学方法,主要有教师主导型、学生主导型、师生合作型三种基本模式。这三种模式各有特点,适用于不同的教学需求,教师可以灵活运用。为了实现行政管理学案例教学模式,需要教师从观念、教学环节、调动学生积极性等方面努力。
