| 摘 要： | 网络竞争情报的异构、分布等特性要求必须对之进行相应的过滤与净化。在区别过滤净化和信息检索差异的基础上，给出了网络竞争情报采集系统的过滤与净化总体框架，并阐述了其作用机制，指出要有效地实现过滤与净化操作，必须根据系统的需求解决规则学习器与过滤净化器的智能化设计。

| Abstract: | The network competitive intelligence must be filtered and cleaned because of its heterogeneous and distributed characteristics. After distinguishing the difference between filtering and cleaning on the one side and information retrieval on the other, the author presents the filtering and cleaning framework of a network competitive intelligence collection system and discusses its operating mechanism, The author points out that an intelligent design of the rule learner and the cleaning filter in accordance with the requirement of the system is necessary in order to realize effective filtering and cleaning. |
