| 摘 要： | 在新课程标准和教学理念的指导下，中小学英语教学模式的改革取得了一定的成果，但在改革过程中仍然存在一些问题，我们应该以理性的态度，处理好教学中各种问题和要素之间的辩证关系，为教学改革的进一步推进积累理论经验和实践经验。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the concept of new curriculum standard and teaching, the reform of English teaching in primary and middle schools has achieved some results, but there are still some problems in the reform process. We should take a rational attitude and deal with the dialectical relationship between the various problems and elements in teaching to have more experi- ence in theory and practice of English teaching reform. |
