| 摘 要： | 群众工作是我们党所有工作的根基。地勘单位担负着为经济社会发展提供资源环境的重任,尤其是进入新世纪以来,矿产资源在我国快速发展中的重要保障作用愈发凸显,做好新时期地勘单位群众工作将为地勘单位完成各项任务提供重要保障,是调动职工积极性、创造性、实现中国梦的重要手段,是维护和构造和谐地勘队伍的有效途径。
