积极心理学在士官教学中的运用

摘    要:积极心理学是最早在西方(主要是美国)兴起的一场重要的心理学运动。长期以来,人们总是把士官学员看成落榜生,认为其学习动力不足、学习基础差等等。这种片面的理解对于深化士官教学改革,提高教学质量水平十分不利。为此,在士官教学中运用积极心理学,应从树立新型人才观,塑造教员积极人格品质,营造积极的课堂教学氛围三个方面提高教学质量。

On the Application of Positive Psychology to the Teaching of Sergeants

Abstract:Positive psychology is an important psychological movement which firstly rose in Western countries (mainly Ameri- ca). For a long time, people always regard sergeant cadets as losers, who lack learning motivations and have poor learning foundations. This kind of one-sided understanding have a nega- tive effect on deepening the reform of sergeant teaching, or im- prove the level of teaching quality. Therefore, in the use of posi- tive psychology in the sergeant teaching, we should improve the teaching quality from the following three aspects, helping them to set up new outlook on talents, shaping the facuhy's positive per- sonality quality, creating a positive classroom atmosphere , and so on.
