| 摘 要： | 现代竞争是人才的竞争。知识经济时代和信息化时代,社会的进步和国际竞争,归根结底靠的是科学技术的进步。科学技术才是国家竞争力的核心。知识产权制度在促进科学技术进步和推动社会文明发展的进程中发挥着无比重要的作用。加强知识产权教育,有利于知识产权强国方略的施行,有利于国家的强大。

| Abstract: | The modern competition is the talents' competition.In the era of Knowledge-based economy and information age,the progress of the society and competition of the world,in the final analysis,depends on the progress of science and technology.Science and technology is the core of the national competitiveness.The systems of intellectual property are playing an incomparably important role in accelerating scientific and technological progress and promoting the development of social civilization.To strengthen the education of intellectual property right contributes to the implementing of intellectual property right strategy,and more favorable to improvement of country's overall national strength. |
