| 摘 要： | 墨家是古代诸子百家中的奇葩，其本身就是一个非常成功的团队。如果说儒家思想是一种柔性的管理思想，法家思想是一种刚性的管理思想，那么墨家思想就是一种更为难得的刚柔并济的管理思想。墨家作为一个成功团队，其管理思想内容丰富，具有强烈的实践性，充分挖掘其精华思想，创造性的诠释和发挥其管理思想的精髓，对今天现代化的团队建设无疑是有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Mo School, which itself was a rather successful team, is the extraordinary treasure among the ＂Hundred Schools of Thought＂ in ancient China. If we consider Confucianism to be flexible, Legalist School strict, then Mo School can be regarded as the combination. As a very successful team, Mo School has such features as richness and being practical. It is quite significant for the creation of modern administration team to grasp the essence of its thoughts, interpret and utilize them creatively. |
