| 摘 要： | 分析了企业家导向对知识获取动机的影响,以及不同控制机制所导致的知识可获取性的差异,尤其是针对我国企业和西方企业所面临的制度环境的差异,分别分析了控制机制在中中联盟和中外联盟中所发挥的不同作用。本文的研究不仅弥补了目前研究中的缺乏,也为我国企业有效地获取联盟伙伴的知识提供了指导。

| Abstract: | In this study,we suggest that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive influence on knowledge acquisition,and the control mechanisms moderate this link.Because of the different in business tradition,the proper control mechanisms to be effective in knowledge acquisition in Sino-foreign and Sino-Sino alliance are distinct with each other. |
