| 摘 要： | 体院学报论文摘要的编写存在以下问题：多有指示性文摘而不是含情报量最大的报道性文摘；某些语言不合规范；没有重点反映新东西；扩展了原文内容；不适当地省略了文摘，造成这些问题的原因是对文摘的意义认识不足，缺乏文摘学知识，文摘工作比较繁难以及编辑部门没有严格把关。文摘不规范，学报规范化的任务就难以完成，学报情报信息的传播范围就难以迅速扩大，刊物形象会有所损害，浪费了人力物力，建议编辑部在抓学报规范化过程中重点抓好文摘的规范化。

| Abstract: | In university journals,there are some abstract writing problems:the instructiveabstracts instead of the information and reportage abstracts;the abnormalizated words;no focal pointsfor refiecting new findings; the original contents were expanded;and the improper omission. Thereasons for these issues are:the authors'unfull understanding on the significance of the abstract,lackof the acknowledge on abstract,the relattive complicated and heavy edit work,as well as no strict checkrules at the edit departtment.Without the normalizated abstracts,the tasks of the university journals'normalization contained in the journals could not be expanded quickly and the journals'image wlll behurt,which waste both the labor power and the material resources. It is suggested that the editdepartments emphasize the normalized abstracts during the process of normalizating the journals. |
