| 摘 要： | 作为评标方法之一的低价中标法体现了公开、公正、公平竞争的原则,是招投标制度改革的必然.招标人要想成功运用好这一方法,必须从各方面把好关口,使建筑市场形成良好的竞争机制,有利于提高建筑企业的竞争力,并使业主最大限度的节省资金,实现投资效益的最大化.

| Abstract: | Low - price bidding, one of the methods of appraising bidding, is an inevitable developing trend. It has been put into good use and is being more and more concerned by all walks of life. Embodying openness, fairness and fair competition, low - price bidding is a necessity of reforming bidding and inviting public bidding. Low - price bidding has had both successes and failures when used. If tenderees are to succeed in using it, they have to consider and control all the factors, and improve competitive ability. They should also make it possible for owners to save capital as much as possible so that get the biggest benefits by investing. |
