| 摘 要： | 高等学校图书馆是学校的图书馆资料、情报中心，是为教学和科研服务的学术性机构，它的工作是不 科研工作的重要组成部分。校园文化是一咎育人的气候、依据社会文化分类，校园文体中分为物质文化，制度文化和精神文化三个层次，其中物质文化侧重于服务育人，制度文化侧重于管理育人，精神文化侧重教书育人。从三种育人形态上看，图书馆及其工作均居于不可忽视的地位，是校园文化建设整体中的重要部分，在校园文化建设中起着价值导向

| Abstract: | Libraries in institutions of higher learning are centres of books,materials and information.They are also academic bodies offering service for teaching and research.Therefore,the work of a librar y is an important part of an institution's teaching and research.Campus culture can be further divided into culture of material,culture of system and culture of spirit.The focuses of the three cultures are service,administration and teachin g,respectively.Library and its work play an important role in the three cultures .The functions a library serves in construction of campus culture are guidance o f value,promotion of education and edifice of spirit. |
