| 摘 要： | 十五大以来 ,民营企业进入二次创业时期。家族式经营的局限性 ,工业经济的进一步发展 ,股份合作制产权关系的演变 ,现代市场经济的发展 ,都迫切需要民营企业进行新一轮的企业制度创新。要利用社会资本优化产权结构 ;利用国有企业改制的时机促进产业结构升级和技术进步 ;组建和发展企业大集团 ;规范和完善要素市场 ,尽快形成企业家的成长机制。

| Abstract: | Since the 15st National People's Congress,the people operated enterprise has entered the second pioneering stage.All the following are in a great need of its new round innovation of the enterprise system,that is the family style management;the further development of industrial economy;the evolution of the joint stock cooperation's property right relation;the development of modern market economy.It's necessary to make use of the superior property right structure of the social capital,and use the chance of the system change on the national enterprise to promote the escalation of the property structure and the skill progress;to form and develop the enterprise large clique;to standardize and perfect the essential markets;to form the growing mechanism of the enterprisers as soon as possible. |
