| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，公民财产权的保护问题日益受到人们的普遍关注。财产权的确认与保护，是公民的一项基本权利，而且是实现其他基本权利的基础。经过近些年的几次修宪，我国现行宪法规定了保护财产权的基本原则，但现有规定仍不能有效调解现实经济生活中的矛盾。所以，应从我国经济不断发展的现实出发，借鉴他国经验，逐步完善宪法对私人财产权的保护。

| Abstract: | Since the period of reform and open,the protection question for the citizen's property right has been universally noted.The affirmation and protection of property right is a citizen's basic right,as well as the foundation for realizing other basic rights.Through several chart modifications,the present chart of our country stipulates the fundamental principles for protection of property,but these still can't solve all the contradictions in the present economic life.So,it is necessary to gradually perfect the charter protection of private property right by borrowing foreign country's experience. |
