| 摘 要： | 作为新格莱斯会话含义理论的重要推理契机和出发点，荷恩等级的建立有一定的科学性和规律性。然而困脱离语境，忽视认知结构和诸多社会变量的影响，荷恩等级理论在语言使用中有其局限性。本文拟对列文森所提出来的荷恩等级关系作一些理论上的探讨，指出荷恩等级理论的一些不足之处。

| Abstract: | The establishment of Horn Scale,an important inference apparatus and starting point of neo-Gricean theory of conversational implicature,is,to some degree,of scientific nature and regularity.However,Horn Scale has its limitations in actual language use as a result of its ignorance of the effects of the context,cognitive structures,and social variables.This thesis attempts to discuss some of the limitations of Horn Scale based on careful theoretical studies. |
