| 摘 要： | 档案服务具有政治性、经济性、文化性、社会性等特点。档案服务是基本公共服务体系的有机组成部分。增强档案服务力,可以采取“沉下去”“预约式”“在线式”等方式应对档案服务中存在的间接性、被动性、互动性差等局限。

| Abstract: | Archives services have political,economic,cultural,social and other characteristics.Archival services are an integral part of the basic public service system.To enhance the power of file services,we can adopt methods such as"sinking down","appointment type",and"online type"to deal with the limitations of indirect,passive,and interactive nature in file services. |
