| 摘 要： | 民营企业农民工体育开展是薄弱环节,存在场地设施不足、企业重视不够等问题。在国家及浙江省有关文件中,涉及农民工体育的只是"社会保障和享有的城市公共服务"这两个条款,对农民工体育并没有实质性的要求和规定,制度保障和政策措施还没有起到应有的作用,政府的监督、保障和管理职能没有体现出来。在民营企业农民工体育发展中,政府应该承担起社会责任,充分发挥政府作用。

| Abstract: | The conducting of sports among migrant workers in civilian-run enterprises is still very weak and there are many problems. For example the area and the facilities are not sufficient and enterprises do not attach enough importance to it. In the relevant papers of national and Zhejiang provinces, the content concerning the sports of migrant workers is two items "social security and the shared public service of rural areas". There is no concrete requirement and regulation involving the sports of migrant workers, With the system and policy not playing the required role and the supervision, maintenance and management of the government not presenting, therefore, in the conducting of sports among migrant workers, the government should take the social responsibility, bringing its role into full play. |
