| 摘 要： | 高校高水平冬季项目运动队组织与训练管理是高校冬季体育教学的重要内容之一,它是根据高校冬季体育教学的任务,遵循冬季体育项目发展的规律,在完成教学、训练和比赛任务的同时,实现高校冬季体育改革的目标。提出合理建立运动员梯队,加强大学生运动员的管理与思想教育工作;组建高水平的教练员队伍,加强教练员岗位培训与激励措施;实施良好的行政决策、后勤保障和科技服务等高校高水平冬季项目运动队的组织管理模式。认为确定高校高水平冬季项目运动队比赛目标与训练任务,制定合理地训练计划,积极开展训练评价是提高训练质量的主要管理措施。

| Abstract: | The organization and training management for high-level winter sports team is an important content of winter physical education in universities,which is to accomplish the task of teaching and training and competition and to actualize the reform aim of winter physical education according to its teaching assignment and development trend.The article suggests to upbuild a rational athlete echelon and tighten the management and idea education for the undergraduate athletes,to set up a high-level coach team and reinforce their vocational training and invigorative policy,to implement the organizational mode of well administerial decision-making and logistic support and technological service for high-level winter sports team in universities.It thinks that the main management measures improving the training effect is to shape well the training program and actively develop the training evaluation after making certain the competition aim and training task of high-level winter sports team in universities. |
