| 摘 要： | 通过对计划经济体制下建立的传统“三级“田径后备人才培养机制的分析与反思,提出了符合国情、可良性循环而又可持续发展的田径高水平后备人才培养机制应是以现有机制为主、“学校培养“机制为辅,双轨并行的观点,并着重对“学校培养“机制的建立和运作以及双轨并行的优势等问题进行了深入的探讨.

| Abstract: | How to improve the overall level of our track and field activity for honoring Olympics? In the long run, it lies in the cultivation of high-level personnel of track and field. Their cultivation must rely on establishment of rational system and players' abilities. On the introspection of the old system, the authors point out: the personnel cultivation of recycling and sustainable development should be focused on the present system and assisted with "school education". |
