| 摘 要： | 运用发现教学理论、人本主义学习理论、群体动力理论、运动技能形成规律理论设计合作探究教学法，并在高校网球选项课中进行教学实验，结合实验结果进行了分析和讨论。结论认为：“合作探究法”符合素质教育的教学理念，有利于提高学生的网球技术水平，能够培养学生的学习兴趣、合作能力和自主探究能力。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of foundation education theory, humanism studying theory, group impetus theory and motor skill, form theory, this paper discusses the cooperative inquiry teaching method. The result shows that the cooperative inquiry teaching method meet the concept of quality education, benefit to improve the student＇ s tennis technical level and raises student＇s learning interest, cooperative and selfinquiry ability. |
