| 摘 要： | 金融工程学是90年代初在西方发达国家出现的一门工程型的新型金融学科,是二十多年来风靡全球的金融创新活动的必然结果。金融工程学的产生对全球金融体系产生了巨大作用和深远影响。可以预见,21世纪随着金融工程学在中国的研究和开发,将在金融机构风险管理的技术支持、企业开拓新的生存与发展空间以及提高我国金融业的运作效率和强化金融市场的资源配置核心作用等诸多方面产生不可估量的作用。

| Abstract: | Financial engineering is new-type financial discipline of a project type that appeared in the western developed country in the 1990s,it is the inevitable outcome of the fashionable innovative activity of finance in the world for over 20 years.The production of financial engineering produce enormous function and far-reaching to influence to global financial system.We can predict,with the research and development in China of financial engineering in the 21st century,in the financial institution technical support in risk management of the financial institution,enterprises open up new existence and development space,and improve the operation efficiency of the financial circles of our country and strengthen such a great deal of respects as the key function of resource distribution of the financial market,etc.to emerge on inestimable function. |
