| 摘 要： | 以发展绿色运输为视角,切入对绿色物流的研究,分析我国运输现状,揭示了绿色物流理念下我国绿色运输方面存在的差距和不足,寻找我国绿色运输的发展途径。如实施多式联运、共同配送和建立先进的信息系统等,利用ITS,我们可以清楚地了解到每条道路的使用情况及拥挤情况,从而选择最短、最畅通的路线进行运输;在定性研究的基础上,综合考虑运输的经济成本和社会环境资源成本,运用运筹学理论,多属性决策分析的方法对企业在绿色物流理念下选择运输方案问题进行定量的研究,使用操作性强的层次加性加权法形成较为优化的数学模型,以使企业可以较为科学地进行运输方案的选择。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the perspective of the development of green transport, through a research in green logistics and an analysis of the status quo of China＇s transport, reveals that there are some gaps and shortcomings existed in the green logistics of China under the concept of green transport. This paper tries to find out some ways in green transport development, such as the implementation of multimodal transport and distribution, and the establishment of common advanced information systems etc.. We, by using ITS, can clearly know the congestion of each road and choose the shortest and most open routes. The author, on the basis of qualitative research and the consideration of the economic costs of environmental resources and social costs, with operations research theory and an analysis of multi-attribute decision, makes quantitative research in the choice of transportation project. This research will be helpful for enterprises scientifically choosing transportation project. |
