| 摘 要： | 由于受“应试教育”的影响，目前大学生的体育素质较差，高校体育课每周只有一次，难以完成教学任务。向大学生布置课外体育作业，是教师根据学生的体育基础、兴趣与爱好，有目的、有计划地让学生在课余时间进行体育锻炼。它是体育教学的补充与提高，也是督促学生进行自觉锻炼的一项措施。

| Abstract: | Under the pressure of credit-ariented education. most of the newly-enrolled students,for the lack of physical exercise,are poor in health condition However, thephysical education training lesson, once a week, is too short for them to improve theirphysique. So giving students assignments and encouraging them to do exercises in theirspare time is very necessary. Teachers can give different students different assignment aciording to their physical condition and interest, and help them to achieve these goals stepby step. It is not only an improvement and complement to students physical education,but a proect to encourage them to do exercises in their free time. |
