| Abstract: | The construction of running railway line may cause accidents frequently because of ill satety management. Taking Hebei Railway Construction Engineering Company for example, the interrelation of factors affecting safety, the establishing steps of the safety management system and the relationship between the safety measures and the system are introduced ,and then the safety management system of running railway line construction is formed. |
