| 摘 要： | 孙子革新进步的军事思想与当代军事变革有着密切的血肉联系。孙子的创新精神对于当代军事变革中的重大问题都有重要的借鉴指导意义。这里主要从五个方面加以分析:借鉴“重势”、“任势”的宏观思维,认清世界军事变革的潮流,自觉投入变革实践;借鉴“以道为首”、“以人为本”的战争理念,正确认识战争主体,把抓“固本”作为首务;借鉴“兵家之胜,不可先传”的革新精神,解放思想,确立与军事变革相适应的新思维新观念;借鉴“践墨随敌,以决战事”的开拓精神,推动创新和发展军事理论,为军事变革提供理论牵引和支持;借鉴“率然一体”、“吴越同舟”的整体观念,正确认识战争活动一体化的发展趋势,确立战略谋划在战争指导和军队建设中的核心地位。

| Abstract: | Sun Tzu's innovative and progressive military thinking and modern military transformation are intimately connected.All important issues in modern military transformation have drawn on Sun Tzu's innovative spirit,which is analyzed in this article from five aspects: drawing on macro thinking of paying attention to and exploiting the situation,realizing the trend of military transformation in the world,and taking active part in the practice of transformation;drawing on the military concepts of giving first priority to politics and human beings,correctly learning the principal part of war and put strengthening national power in the first place;drawing on the innovative spirit of being not old-fashioned to win a war,emancipating the mind and establishing new thinking concept in accordance with military transformation;drawing on the pioneering spirit of according to present situation to obey or change the set tactics for the purpose of winning the war,and pushing forward the innovation and development of military theory to supply military transformation with theoretical guidance and support;drawing on the concept of viewing the situation as a whole and being in the same boat,rightly learning the developing trend of military integration and putting strategy and tactics in the key position in military guidance and construction. |
