| 摘 要： | 肥胖机制研究是目前最为活跃并取得迅速进展的领域之一。Leptin是Ob基因表达的产物。简单介绍了leptin的结构、功能及leptin抵抗,综述运动、饮食对Ob基因及其产物leptin的影响。

| Abstract: | The study on mechanism of obesity is one of the most active and rapidly developing fields in the basic biomedical research.Leptin is the product of Ob gene expression.This paper simply introduces the structure,function,mechanism and resistance of leptin,summarizes the effect of exercise and diet on Ob gene and its product. |
