| 摘 要： | 高职院校档案管理人员队伍建设是院校整体工作的重要组成部分。随着高校的规模不断扩大,数量不断增加,高职院校的档案工作越来越显示出其重要性。高职院校的档案管理工作能否做好,在很大程度上取决于档案管理人员队伍素质的不断提高,把这支队伍建设好,是做好高职院校档案工作的关键环节。

| Abstract: | The construction of archive team of higher vocational institute is an important part of whole institute's work.With the enlarging of scale and increasing of quantity of universities,archive management of higher vocational institutes become more and more important.Whether the archive management of higher vocational institute is well done or not depends largely on the improvement of the archive administrators' quality.The key link of archive work of higher vocational institute is to construct this archive management team well. |
