| 高校基层部门科技保密管理工作的几点体会 |

| 摘 要： | 科技秘密是国家秘密的重要组成部分。在当今日益复杂的国际环境中,科技保密与科技发展、技术创新相辅相成,都是维护国家的安全、利益和发展的需要。高校作为我国高新科技研究的重要基地,对推动我国科技与经济的发展发挥举足轻重的作用,做好高校的科技保密工作意义重大。而高校地域的开放性、人员的流动与复杂性、信息高度发达等特点对保密工作提出更高的要求。因密源在院系基层,做好基层科技保密工作是做好高校科技保密工作的关键。本文作者结合多年来基层科技保密的工作实践,谈几点体会,希望通过此文与大家交流。

| Abstract: | Sci-tech security is one of the major units of state security.Especially in the complex international environment,preventing the sci-tech security from leakage would have the same importance as scientific development and technology innovation.In China,colleges and universitieshave been promoting the science and technology greatly,and thus complete sci-tech security is urgently required.Due to open academic discussions,frequent exchange of human resource,and instant information transferring,the sci-tech security at primary level organizationsis the key point.Some experiences in sci-tech security in recent years are reported,and hopefully they will contribute to the ideas exchange between the same occupations. |
