| 摘 要： | 篮球运动的不断发展，防守越来越显得重要，人盯人防守战术是篮球运动中各种防守战术的基础，要求防守队员以防自己分工的对手为主，兼顾球，看准时机，大胆抢断球，并利用各种防守的基础技术，密切配合、灵活机动地进行伸缩性防守，制约进攻队战术配合的一种防守战术。

| Abstract: | The continuous development of basketball,defense more and more important,who is a tactical man-to-man defense in basketball based on a variety of defensive tactics,defensive requirements of the division of labor to prevent their main rivals,taking into account the ball,saw the opportunity to boldly steals the ball,and the basis for the use of a variety of defense technology,close coordination,flexibility and scalability to defense,and tactical constraints offensive team with a defensive tactics. |
