| 摘 要： | 中西思想家们在正义问题上的争论自古以来就众说纷纭,莫衷一是。之所以如此,主要因为人们不是在同样的层面上争论。正义首先是一个价值观念;其次,正义也是一个制度事实;再次,正义还体现在人们的日常生活之中。因此,从理念、制度和日常生活三个层面考察了正义问题,并克服了国内在正义问题研究中存在的片面化倾向。
