教育功利性的现象分析与对策研究

摘    要:教育是人类最重要的社会活动之一。教育过程中教育功利性是最严重、最迫切需要解决的问题之一。主要表现在重智育轻德育、重成才轻成人和重结果轻过程。应从价值重塑、实践纠偏、制度变革和文化导向方面寻求解决路径,让教育回归本质,重塑教育价值取向,让教育回归“育人”的教育价值取向中。

Abstract:Education is one of the most important activities of human being. In education we are utilitarian education process is one of the most severe, and the most urgent problem to solve. The main performance is the intellectual education and moral education, adult talent light and heavy result light process. By returning education to nature, remodeling the value orientation of education, returning education to“educating people”, this paper attempts to seek the solution path from the reconstruction of the value, practice correct, institutional change and cultural orientation.
