第11届世界青年田径锦标赛男子跳高运动员起跳技术的运动学分析

摘    要:对第11届世界青年田径锦标赛男子跳高运动员进行起跳技术的三维运动学分析,结果表明:研究对象最后一步技术与世界优秀运动员的差异性小;H2、成绩和重心最大高度均相对较低;起跳点距离横杆垂直面过近;助跑速度和起跳结束时的身体重心垂直速度低;利用水平速度的能力不够;起跳结束时重心垂直速度与垂直加速距离、摆动腿摆动速度与摆动腿水平角、缓冲时间占总时间的百分比与垂直速度呈显著性正相关.

Abstract:This paper studies male high jumper's take-off technique in the 11th IAAF World Junior Championship with three-dimensional kinematics analysis method. The result shows that this text is tried the last step technique and the world top jumper's difference being small;the H2, performance and largest height of center are relatively low; some is too near from the ver-tical plane of horizontal pole to take-off; run-up pace and take-off centre of body weight fin-ish,vertical pace low; ability to utilize horizontal pace is not enough; take-off weight vertical pace expire, with accelerate distance vertically, swing the leg and swing the pace with swinging the horizontal angle of leg, buffering the significance positive correlation presented with the vertical pace in the percentage of the time in total time.
