| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护既是保护科学技术和文化艺术成果的重要法律制度,也是我们国家促进企业技术创新的哪重要政策工具.改革开放以来,我国已基本建立了比较完备的知识产权保护体系,但由于人们的观念更新和制度建设不可能一步到位,在知识产权保护、技术创新方面仍然存在一些问题,针对这些问题提出了一些相应的对策和建议.
