| 摘 要： | 目的:广泛了解大学新生心理健康状况,探索影响大学生心理健康的因素,做好危机干预的初步筛查工作.方法:整群抽取2006级大学新生,采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)评定其心理健康水平,辅之以深度访谈进行深入了解.结果:新生中等程度心理困扰的筛查率为9.57%,有自杀意向的比例是2.29%.对比研究发现,我校新生心理健康水平显著高于全国大学生常模,略低于全国青年组常模,女生心理健康水平略低于男生.对新生问题的及时发现和干预.有利于帮助他们尽快适应大学生活,加强他们对心理健康重要性的认识以及自身心理素质的提高.

| Abstract: | Objective:To know the mental health status of freshmen in our university,and explore its influencial factors,being ready for the first step that crisis interferes.Methods:2006 steps of freshmen of our university were applied SCL-90 by stratified cluster sampling,with depth interview to study the mental health status of freshmen.Results:Mental health status of freshmen in our university was found better than those in domestic college students,but worse than those of Chinese youth norm.Mental health status of females was lower than males.It was proved that timely mental interfering is an effective method to provide mental health status of freshmen.The timely discovery and interfere of the mental problem with freshmen can help them adapt to university life as soon as possible,and reinforce they to recognize the importance of mental health and improve their psychological quality. |
