中国科学院国家科学图书馆学科服务的创新实践

摘    要:从中国科学院国家科学图书馆开展的"融入式"普遍服务、"嵌入式"知识服务和"协同式"转型发展的具体实践出发,总结其学科馆员在支撑科研创新方面开展的特色服务内容、取得的良好服务成效, 以及在培育"适变型"团队创新能力方面的具体举措,以期为图书馆创新服务发展提供最佳实践案例。

Abstract:Based on the practice and innovation of "incorporated universal services", "embedded knowledge-based services" and "cooperative service transition" developed by National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, this paper summarizes the characteristic service contents performed and good effectiveness achieved by subject librarians in support of research innovation, and the measures developed to cultivate team’s creative ability, in order to provide a best practice for libraries innovation services.
