论班主任工作中的无意识教育

摘    要:在班主任工作中,无意识教育作为对有意识教育的有益补充,具有隐蔽性、愉悦性和灵活性等特点,它能够有效消除学生的逆反心理,激发学生的参与意识,覆盖学生的生活时空。班主任工作中开展无意识教育的对策与措施:增强班主任的人格魅力,运用多种多样的教育方法,加强班级文化环境建设。

Abstract:In the work of the class advisor, unconscious education as a complement to conscious education has such characteristics as covertness, cheerfulness, flexibility. It can effectively dispel students' rebellious psychology, stimulate their sense of participation, cover the time and space of students'life. Measures for the class advisor to carry out his/her work include: enhancing the advisor's personality charm, using a wide variety of educational methods, strengthening the cultural environment construction of the class.
