| 摘 要： | 揭示了我国学校素质教育与全民健身运动分离的现象．在深入剖析学校体育中学生体育能力的内涵基础上，探讨学校体育教育与社会全民健身的有机接轨，提出提升在校学生的体育能力既是实现素质教育目标的根本前提．又是最终实现全民健身的主要步骤，是有效衔接学校素质教育与社会全民健身重要环节。
